Baldor Boston is growing rapidly, and we’re hiring for multiple positions across all shifts!

Are you an experienced driver who has operated box trucks or vehicles over 20 feet?
We’re looking for Warehouse Associates and Local Delivery Drivers to join our growing team.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Join us at our upcoming Hiring Events on September 17th and 18th, where you’ll have the opportunity to meet directly with our recruiters and hiring managers. Qualified candidates may interview and receive hiring decisions the same day.

Qualifications

Prior warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material handling experience preferred but not required.

Experience operating pallet jacks and warehouse equipment preferred.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Basic understanding of warehouse operations and product flow preferred.

For driver positions, experience operating box trucks or vehicles over 20 feet is preferred.
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift for extended periods of time.

Ability to lift and move products within company-established guidelines, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Ability to work in refrigerated, freezer, or varying warehouse temperature environments depending on operational assignment.

Ability to safely operate warehouse tools, RF scanners, and related equipment as trained.

Work Environment
This position operates within warehouse and distribution environments that may include refrigerated, freezer, wet, and fast-paced operational conditions. Associates may be exposed to moving machinery, powered industrial equipment, pallet traffic, varying temperatures, and moderate to loud noise levels.
The role requires frequent movement throughout warehouse operational areas and adherence to established safety and food handling standards.
