Position Overview
As a Taproom Employee, you will support daily taproom operations by providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.
Primary Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards

Provide responsible alcohol service and comply with all applicable laws and company policies

Process transactions using the Toast POS system

Maintain taproom cleanliness, including bussing tables, cleaning bar areas, and performing general cleaning duties

Stock and organize taproom supplies, including packaged beer, kegs, and food and beverage products

Change kegs as needed

Maintain accurate availability in the scheduling app, Sling. Work schedules are typically posted two weeks in advance
Position Requirements and Work Environment

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Strong attention to cleanliness and safe handling of cleaning products

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Strong communication and customer service skills

Willingness to learn and perform additional duties as assigned

Regular standing, walking, use of hands, reaching, talking, and hearing.
