Position Summary
The HR & Training Coordinator will support the daily operations of Human Resources, with a primary focus on administrative support, on-boarding coordination, training logistics, and team member support.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, interacting with team members, and contributing to a positive workplace culture in a high-end hospitality environment. Our team is guided by a commitment to Members First, Make Improvements, and Model Operations, and this role plays a key part in supporting those standards through a strong team member experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Support the execution of the Club’s onboarding program and training initiatives
- Schedule, track, and maintain records for training and required programs
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of onboarding and departmental training
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Serve as a point of contact for team member questions and provide general HR support
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communications
- Assist with documentation related to employee relations matters as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- 1–3 years of administrative, training, or HR-related experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in Canva is a plus
- Experience in hospitality or a service-driven environment is a plus
