Balanced Wellness is growing, and we are looking for a passionate, reliable, and client-centered Licensed Massage Therapist to join our wellness team full time.
We are a wellness studio offering massage therapy, yoga, Pilates, Reiki, infrared sauna, counseling, and holistic wellness services — all under one roof. Our mission is to create a calm, welcoming space where clients can slow down, relieve stress, and feel better both physically and mentally.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is licensed in Illinois
• Has strong communication and professionalism
• Creates a warm, comfortable client experience
• Is dependable, motivated, and a team player
• Has a passion for wellness and helping people feel their best
• Experience with cupping, hot stones, prenatal massage, lymphatic massage, or other specialty modalities is a bonus (but not required)

Responsibilities:
• Perform customized massage therapy sessions based on client needs
• Maintain accurate SOAP notes and client records
• Uphold cleanliness and professionalism in treatment rooms
• Build relationships and encourage client retention
• Work collaboratively with our wellness team
Schedule:
Full-time availability preferred, including some evenings and/or weekends.
Pay:
Competitive pay based on experience and services offered.
