Compensation & Benefits

• $120,000 annual base salary
• Up to $40,000 in quarterly performance bonuses
• Relocation assistance up to $2,000 (select locations)
• Average quarterly bonus: $10,897.11

What You’ll Do

As a PMHNP with Balanced Wellbeing, you’ll play a vital role in improving the mental health and quality of life for patients in long-term care settings.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and screenings
• Develop individualized treatment plans, including medication management
• Order and interpret labs as appropriate
• Participate in GDR/Psychotropic review meetings
• Collaborate with facility staff and patient families to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Meet daily productivity and encounter goals
• Be responsive to facility needs (no formal on-call duties)

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida PMHNP license (or ability to obtain)
• At least 1 year of PMHNP experience (preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply)
• Strong written, verbal, and computer skills
• Ability to pass background checks
• Four verifiable peer references
• Organized, efficient, and a strong team player

Schedule & Work Setting

• Monday–Friday, daytime hours
• Weekends & holidays off
• Work within skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living facilities
