This is a full-time, remote position with some on-site client meetings and occasional meetings at our office. You’ll manage multiple clients, handle month-end close, and communicate directly with clients.
- Manage bookkeeping for multiple clients
- Code transactions and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks Online
- Perform month-end close and prepare financial statements
- Identify and resolve discrepancies
- Communicate clearly with clients and the internal team
- Meet deadlines consistently
- Must live locally to the Dayton, Ohio area
- 1–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (current interface a plus)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles & GAAP
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Clear communicator (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Nonprofit experience a plus (not required)
- Positive, fun personality—we like to keep work enjoyable
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Flexible schedule within business hours

- Pay range: $21-25/hour, based on experience
