  • Market Readiness: Define, track, and manage all critical path dependencies across complex, multi-departmental initiatives to ensure a successful and timely public release of new capabilities.

Organizational Alignment & Risk Management

  • Scope and Scale: Experience managing projects that involve significant technical development AND new operational or logistical structures (e.g., supply chain integration, novel fulfillment processes).
  • Methodology: Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and relevant tooling (e.g., Jira, Asana).
  • Leadership & Communication: Exceptional communication, influencing, and leadership skills with the ability to manage conflict and drive consensus among senior executive and technical teams.
