About the Role
We are hiring licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance agents to join our high-energy, inbound sales team. You’ll help customers understand their insurance options and provide consultative guidance in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This is a permanent position with growth opportunities.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged
- Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence
- Comfortable handling inbound calls in a quota-driven environment
- Flexible to work any schedule offered within our hours
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound insurance calls from customers looking for coverage
- Explain differences in home, auto, and renters insurance
- Build trust through needs-based consultative selling
