Front Desk Assistant
Location: Sturbridge, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Assistant in Sturbridge, MA. The ideal candidate will be welcoming, professional, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and customer service responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, customers, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Respond to emails and general inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed
- Perform general data entry and administrative tasks
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Assist with filing, paperwork, and other office duties
- Provide excellent customer service and help address questions or concerns
- Support the office team with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable using computers, email, and standard office software
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
