Job Title: X-Ray Technician
Type of Role: Direct Hire
Shift / Hours: M-F 8-6 OT as needed
Location: Fresno CA 93720
Salary Range: $83k
You will work with the Medical Providers to prepare patients and perform X-Rays. You will also be working with patients by taking vitals, health history, and the gathering of information for the Medical Providers to treat patients.
Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Valid X-Ray License
- Performs job with ownership of responsibility while harboring a positive work environment
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills in person and via phone, email and text correspondence
- Master a basic understanding of each patient type
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work as a team
- Well-organized with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Empathetic with patient needs and concerns
- Ability to work well with physicians, anticipating their needs regarding patient treatment
Primary Duties:
- Perform X-Rays according to best practices and in accordance with the California Department of Health Radiologic Health Branch regulations
- Monitor X-Ray equipment and report issues to CAO
- Performs job with ownership of responsibility while harboring a positive work environment
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills in person and via phone, email and text
- Master basic understanding of each patient type
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Secondary Duties:
- Rooming patients
- Taking vitals
- Taking Accurate health history information
- Completing work comp reports
- Completing Work comp RFAs (request for authorization)
- Sending X-Rays reads to radiologist when requested by MD/NP Chiros
- Work with referrals Coordinator in the processing of referrals for outside office
