About the RoleWe are looking for a Customer Service Representatives to help support self-driving vehicles. In this role, you’ll ride in or operate a vehicle equipped with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Full Self-Driving (FSD) technology. Your job is to ensure safe, smooth trips, monitor the vehicle’s performance, and provide feedback to the team.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate or supervise a self-driving vehicle during 6–8 hour shiftsAssist and communicate with riders in a clear and friendly wayStay alert and take control of the vehicle if neededPerform basic safety and readiness checks before each shiftTravel to different U.S. cities as requiredReport daily findings and provide feedback for improvementsQualificationsValid driver’s licenseActive auto insurance under your nameStrong awareness of surroundings and potential hazardsGood communication skillsComfortable using tablets, apps, and basic tech toolsAble to work a flexible schedule, including one weekend dayWilling to work overtime if neededMust pass all required safety and drug-testing requirementsBalance Staffing is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
