We are located in Baltimore, Nottingham, Bel Air, Salisbury, and Hunt Valley, MD. We also have Telehealth divisions in Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, and a school-based program in Baltimore County and Harford County Schools. The Clinic Service Coordinator is a key role at Balance Point Wellness as they are a liaison between our clinicians and clients. Job Description
- Review schedules of therapists as needed, assist in scheduling follow-ups and new appointments, and reach out to canceled and no-show clients for rescheduling Collaborate with clinic Associate Director to determine administrative needs of clinicians
- Directly provide administrative support to all clinicians as needed, assisting in the following areas: treatment plan uploads and signatures; updating client orientation forms; obtaining custody documents; maintaining caseload trackers; obtaining and updating compliance items such as but not limited to photo identification, insurance cards, and updated contact information
- Collaborate with other client facing associates to streamline patient care
- Respond to clients in a timely manner
- Complete monthly note signing report for their clinic
- Office tasks as needed, such as: answering phones, sorting mail, checking in clients

Qualifications and Education requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Experience in mental/medical health field (1 year preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, etc.)
- Electronic Health Record systems experience (1 year preferred)
