Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
- Answering phones with clear, courteous, professional phone manners.
- Scheduling appointments and managing client communications.
- Checking patients in and out and processing payments.
- Keeping records organized and accurate.
- Communicating with our veterinary team throughout the day.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Stays organized while juggling multiple tasks.
- Works well in a busy environment with frequent interruptions.
- Maintains a friendly, professional attitude—even when things get hectic.
- Pays attention to details and follows through.
