Balance Point Physical Therapy is entering an exciting new chapter. With new ownership, expanding locations, and a growing team, we are looking for a Physical Therapist with pelvic floor specialties who wants to be part of what we are building.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, including pelvic pain, urinary or bowel dysfunction, pregnancy-related conditions, and postpartum concerns
- Develop evidence-informed, individualized plans of care
- Provide patient education on movement, exercise, symptom management, and long-term wellness
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with referring providers and other healthcare professionals
- Contribute to a supportive and professional clinic culture
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in Washington state
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent
- Pelvic health training through an accredited continuing education program
- Experience in pelvic floor rehabilitation preferred
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to trauma-informed, inclusive, and respectful care
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
