Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Packaging Manager to lead our Packaging Team and drive excellence in production. In this role, you’ll oversee daily packaging operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and foster a positive, growth-oriented work environment. Your leadership will directly impact production quality, team performance, and the continued success of Premium Production.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate your packaging team to meet daily and long-term production goals.
Create and maintain team schedules while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Oversee and verify all packaging documentation, ensuring accurate completion and timely submission to Quality Control.
Build a supportive, high-performance culture that encourages accountability and teamwork.
Review, implement, and enforce updates to packaging policies and procedures.
Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless production processes.
Participate in daily team huddles and actively identify areas for process improvement.
Work alongside your team to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven leadership and adaptability in a production or packaging environment.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others succeed.
Ability to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Required Qualifications:
At least 3 months of experience in the packaging industry.
Working knowledge of packaging machinery and familiarity with 21 CFR 111.
Experience in food or dietary supplement manufacturing is preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be at least 18 years old.
No allergies to ingredients used in production.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Pay: $24.50 to $27.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
