Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Personnel Compliance Trainer to champion a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement within our organization. You will ensure our team remains compliant with rigorous cGMP, OSHA, and FDA standards while mentoring staff to exceed quality benchmarks. While previous experience with such standards is not required, we are looking for an outgoing and personable individual who is willing to learn and train on these compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee compliance training for cGMP, OSHA, FDA, and other regulatory standards
Manage the training systems, including training creation, delivery, and documentation, to meet regulatory compliance
Train and mentor all team members, fostering leadership and continuous improvement.
Enforce quality standards and drive continuous improvement
Stay current with FDA regulations, ensuring timely updates and necessary corrections to training
Ensure team members receive safety training according to OSHA regulations
Position Requirements:
Background in training or adult learning
Supervisory experience
Ability to communicate effectively
Strong leadership skills; experience in training and mentoring teams to meet and exceed standards
Strategic analytical thinking ability with a focus on continuous improvement
Detail-oriented and organized mindset; able to handle multiple priorities while maintaining compliance
Able to learn regulatory standards and their applications
Excellent computer skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in cross-functional environments
Preferred experience:
General experience with content creation, including training flows and materials
Knowledge of utilizing AI applications
Proficient in Google Workspace

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office
Pay: Hourly, $22 - $26 an hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Work Location: Hurricane, Utah
