Join Our Team
We are seeking Group Facilitators to support our Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs. The ideal candidate is dependable, clinically strong, and contributes to a positive, team-oriented culture. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality care and maintaining the integrity of our programming.
Your Role
As a Group Facilitator, you will lead structured, evidence-based therapy groups and support clients in building skills to manage their mental health. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality treatment delivery.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW (or working toward independent licensure)
- Experience working with individuals with mental health disorders
- Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
- Ability to facilitate engaging and structured group therapy sessions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Facilitate group therapy sessions in alignment with program curriculum
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EMR
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support client care
- Maintain professionalism and uphold program standards
- Perform additional duties as needed to support operations
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $75–$150 per 90-minute group
- Schedule Options:
- Morning Program: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Afternoon Program: 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM
- Group Times:
- 9:00 – 10:30 AM
- 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
- 12:30 – 2:00 PM
- 2:00 – 3:30 PM
Pay: $70.00 - $100.00 per hour
