We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Gilbert to help create an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Process payments through POS and EMR systems
- Greet and check in patients
- Verify insurance
- Maintain accurate patient records
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of customer service experience preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
- EMR experience preferred
