- Has significant competitive gymnastics experience or previous competitive coaching experience.
- Is passionate about helping athletes reach their potential while building confidence and character.
- Has a growth mindset and is always looking to learn, improve, and elevate their coaching.

- Communicates positively with athletes, families, and teammates.
- Is dependable, professional, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
