Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an LCMHC/Therapist located in Wilmington, NC. Qualifications

Qualifications
- Active LCMHC (or equivalent state licensure) in good standing, or eligibility for licensure in North Carolina
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related mental health field
- Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy, including diagnostic assessment and treatment planning
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed care)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build therapeutic alliances with diverse clients
- Ability to maintain thorough, timely, and compliant clinical documentation using electronic health record systems
- Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and culturally responsive, non-discriminatory care
- Willingness to work on-site in Wilmington, NC and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Experience working with a diverse range of ages, backgrounds, and presenting concerns is highly beneficial
- Comfort with basic technology tools and telehealth platforms, should remote sessions occasionally be required
