You'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader who protects schedule, quality, and the customer experience.

As our Site Superintendent, you'll supervise active remodeling projects, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and to our quality standards. You'll also be a key point of contact for customers while projects are underway, setting expectations, communicating clearly, and solving problems proactively. This is not a "sit in the truck" role. We're a team that jumps in to ensure success, so you should be comfortable being hands-on when needed.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations on residential remodeling job sites
- Coordinate in-house crews and subcontractors to keep projects moving
- Maintain high standards for craftsmanship, cleanliness, and jobsite safety
- Ensure work is completed to scope, schedule, and quality expectations
- Communicate with homeowners professionally and consistently (updates, issues, next steps)
- Identify problems early and drive solutions without drama or finger-pointing
- Support the team as needed, jump in when it helps the project succeed
- Document progress and communicate status to leadership/operations
Qualifications
- Extensive residential remodeling experience (hands-on and jobsite leadership)
- Experience leading mixed crews (employees subs)
- Strong knowledge of residential construction sequencing and problem-solving in the field
- Strong customer communication skills (you can lead while staying respectful and calm)
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and keep multiple projects organized
- Proven track record of delivering quality work and holding others to quality standards
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between Seattle-area job sites
- Comfort working in a values-driven company culture focused on respect and professionalism
Compensation
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Base salary: $70,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and fit.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) 7 paid Holidays per year.
- Health Insurance ( 50% employer-paid)
- Perks may include paid training, company-paid software/tools, and performance-based bonuses and compensation increases based on results and scope growth.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours; occasional overtime based on project needs.
