What’s a day in the life of a Prep cook at BakerStreet?
- Learning Prep fully from what ingredients are in their area to where to find items they need
- Learn new dishes and prep required
- Using menus and presentation guides to provide consistent dishes to guests
- Learning to make scratch kitchen items like sauces, desserts and soups
- Being able to prepare items in a high-volume restaurant with speed and accuracy
