Responsibilities
- Being the first face guests see when they walk in
- Accurately portraying the atmosphere of the restaurant to each of our guests
- Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service
- Manage reservations and accommodate to special occasions (ie birthdays, anniversaries)
- Walking and assisting guests to their assigned table
- Do odd jobs to make sure the restaurant is always clean, and the dining room is running smoothly
A successful candidate will:
- Availability during weekends
- Be able to stand for long periods of time
- Have the skill set to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with our guests in person and over the phone
- Have strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Be comfortable working/training in OpenTable (previous OpenTable experience not required)
Salary : $12 - $14
