POSITION OVERVIEW
As a member of BakerRipley's Internship program, you will join an incredibly talented and hardworking department dedicated to advance BakerRipley's impact in the Houston region.
Reporting to the agencies administrative based programs to support outreach efforts, program outcomes, administrative duties and other duties as assigned. The Administrative Internship is a pro-active and resourceful team member, who will assist in a diverse array of projects to support the team. This position will provide general office support and excellent customer service.
Expected Positive Outcomes
Ability to work with diverse populations – both internal and external to the agency
Complete cross-training hours to effectively provide community center assistance and complete licensed required child development training hours as assigned by supervisor

The public service intern will work with attorneys, DOJ accredited representatives, and lead social workers to support program goals.

The intern will assist attorneys and DOJ accredited representatives with legal support services, including but not limited to research, application preparation, and client meetings.

The intern will support program staff with administrative tasks and clerical work including but not limited to file organization and client communication.

The intern will assist in the preparation and execution of program workshops and forums.
