Making it safer, cleaner and more efficient for people and the planet. Partner with the best As a Material Planner, you'll be dedicated to ensuring on-time delivery from the launch to the customer. You’ll play a key role in our manufacturing plan, coordinating and expediting the flow of materials. Planning and scheduling according to production needs, you'll use in-depth knowledge of concepts, methods and procedures. As a Material Planner, you will be responsible for: Working with the sales and operations team to convert the demand plans into physical orders. Analyzing incoming demand: identifies order exceptions, misalignment with product rationalization strategy and opportunities to utilize existing inventory Understanding business trends, opportunities and how they impact the demand forecast. Planning and scheduling order timelines to be consistent with customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs Coordinating with Product Line, Sales, and Service Delivery to prioritize delivery dates. Performing material management analyses and implementing inventory stocking strategies. Monitoring levels of safety stock, global and aging inventory and works with regions and manufacturing plants to address accordingly Working with the AMO organization to ensure spare parts and asset demands are captured Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have an Associates' Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience (2 yr’ experience) Bring experience in order management, inventory optimization, and asset utilization. Understand foundational Oracle and MRP functionality. Work effectively with stakeholders and influence cross‑functional decisions. Execute tasks with tactical focus and urgency. Demonstrate professional characteristics and industry knowledge.
