Partner with the best As HSE Coordinator (Health, Safety, and Environment) is your responsibility to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards in all operations related to the oil and gas sector, including manufacturing plants. This role aims to prevent risks, safeguard employees, and minimize environmental impact. As a HSE Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Implementing HSE policies aligned with current standards and regulations. Coordinating the HSE staff along different locations into Brazil operations. Periodically assessing HSE performance and propose improvement actions. Supporting the Integrated Solutions Brazil Leadership in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue. Ensuring, in accordance with the corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems. Monitoring the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives. Assisting the Commercial, Engineering and Operations Department in their dealings with Clients in all issues concerned with Health and Safety at work. Conducting safety audits and inspections both internal and external. Representing the company in industry and customer forums regarding HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment). Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Hold a degree in Occupational Safety Engineering with the corresponding registration with the relevant professional council. Have a minimum of 5 years in HSE Functions and 3 additional years of experience in Functional Management. Be expert in OSHA compliance Have fluent English Have strong oral and written communication skills. Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Be able to analyze and solve problems. Have established project management skills.
