The position includes complex drafting, research, tax analysis, project management, client interaction, gift and estate tax return preparation, and counsel regarding choice of entity (LLC, partnership, S-corp., etc.), formation and governance. Qualifications of the ideal candidate include:
- Experience in the above mentioned areas;
- Excellent research, written, and oral communication skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple assignments;
- Strong ability and desire to manage projects and interface with clients;
- A strong academic record, having earned a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited law school;
- Must be admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio (or be eligible to waive into Ohio); and
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
