BakerHostetler is seeking an enthusiastic midlevel Labor Associate with 4–6 years of experience to join our dynamic and nationally recognized Labor Group. This role is all about labor law (not employment law), and we are looking for candidates with experience.

Salary
The expected annual salary range for this position is $285,000 - $345,000. The salary offered will be determined by a wide range of factors, including, but not limited to, experience level, education/training, and relevant skills. Associates also participate in a performance- and hours-based bonus program. Qualifications Include
- 4–6 years of dedicated management-side labor law experience
- First-chair experience in grievance arbitration matters
- Demonstrated ability to manage matters independently and lead proceedings
- Experience practicing before the NLRB, with first-chair hearing experience preferred
- Spanish language skills preferred
- Strong writing skills; writing samples may be requested
- Representing clients in grievance arbitration hearings, and unfair labor practice proceedings
- Advising clients on union organizing campaigns
- Supporting collective bargaining negotiations
- Providing management training on the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA)
- Collaborating with a national team of labor attorneys on complex matters
