Candidates must be licensed in Missouri and Illinois, have excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong advocacy skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage file throughout litigation process independently and as a part of the team.
- Conduct fact investigations.
- Handle document productions and other discovery tasks.
- Prepare witnesses for deposition.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Prepare pleadings, briefs, and motions.
- Review and analyze medical records and other legal documents.
- Court hearing preparation and attendance including oral arguments of motions.
- Trial preparation and attendance including trial team support and direct and cross examination of witnesses.
