Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Inside Sales/Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound quote requests, preparing and sending estimates, and following up on these estimates converting into orders. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a commitment to maintaining exceptional attendance, the ability to multitask effectively, and superior attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound quote requests promptly and professionally.
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for clients.
- Send estimates to clients in a timely manner.
- Follow up on sent estimates to ensure client satisfaction and secure orders.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates and client communications.
- Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in the sign industry or a related position preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Exceptional attendance and reliability.
- Experience with estimating software is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
