Associate Attorney, NY, NY Description Associate Attorney, NY, NY: Collaborate across borders & legal areas on NY law-governed cross-border & domestic transactions. Assist with the preparation, negotiation, & execution of NY law-governed domestic & cross-border transactions for a global client base. Work on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions including cross-border project finance & M&A. Must have JD, LLM, or foreign equivalent & 5 yrs of exp. w/each of the following: (i) managing projects & financing transactions encompassing jurisdictions w/civil & common law; (ii) advising on major project finance & M&A energy & infrastructure cross-border transactions in the US & Latin America; & (iii) representing utilities & energy companies, infrastructure companies, & financial institutions and borrowers. Pay Transparency This position is bonus eligible and includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) based on number of hours worked. The US base compensation for this position is expected to be $390,000 to $420,000 (annually) if located in an office in the state of New York. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
