As a Field Supervisor - LWD/MWD, you will lead Logging While Drilling (LWD) and Measurement While Drilling (MWD) operations at customer drilling sites using the latest technology. You will have access to innovative equipment and real-time data systems to effectively support drilling performance and optimize well placement. You will troubleshoot operational challenges and act quickly to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
* Following internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment
* Developing and demonstrating proficiency in the skill profile required for the delivery of LWD/MWD services
* Providing complex solutions in challenging drilling and formation evaluation environments
* Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating drilling data to identify trends, troubleshoot downhole tool issues, and optimize drilling performance
* Working in demanding drilling environments to deliver accurate real-time measurements and formation evaluation data to customers
* Supervising the rig-up, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LWD/MWD systems and associated surface equipment
* Ensuring data quality, operational efficiency, and service delivery excellence throughout the drilling operation
* Making basic maintenance on various types of field equipment and determining the equipment's operational status at the well site

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a high school diploma or GED
Have experience with Logging While Drilling (LWD) and/or Measurement While Drilling (MWD) operations
Have experience troubleshooting downhole drilling tools and telemetry systems
Demonstrate strong technical, problem-solving, and leadership skills in a drilling environment
