Amian Care Services is an in-home care provider agency. We are searching for a caring, compassionate, and dependable, great communication skills, and be flexible Field Supervisor to join our administrative team.
Amian Care Services assist individuals with disabilities, Veterans and older adults in their home and community with activities of daily living while maintaining their independence, health, safety, dignity, and respect.
Hiring Requirements:
Must have experience as a Field Supervisor/Case Manager
Background check clearance
Motor Vehicle Record check clearance
Valid Louisiana Driver’s License
Reliable Vehicle with Auto Insurance and Louisiana Registration
Job Title/Duties: Administrative Field Supervisor
Will monitor and supervise their respective Direct Service Workers-(DSW)
Will make in person, supervisory visits of each new Direct Staff Worker
Will develop weekly work schedules for assigned DSWs
Will maintain working knowledge of computer software applications and related equipment in the office
Will input updated client information into the computer as necessary in regard to plan of care, revisions, recertification, documentation, etc.
Will conduct in-home assessments for potential new clients
Will rotate being on call as required/needed
Previous experience and working knowledge of Electronic Voice Verification (EVV)/ Axis Care system a plus
Pay Range: Full-time - $14.00- $16.00 per hour
