BEAM is a part of Baker Concrete Construction, Inc., the nation’s leading commercial concrete construction contractor since 1968. We operate in a 5 acre yard in Ashburn, VA. We supply 10-20 active Baker construction sites throughout Maryland/Virginia/North Carolina with formwork rentals, equipment rentals and consumables. General Duties:

Baker Equipment and Materials is looking for a reliable team member who is driven and detail oriented. On-the-job training will be provided on the following but not limited to:

· Assisting with loading and unloading of trucks

· Repairing/inventorying rentals

· Tracking/documenting repairs, returned material, outbound material, and etc.

· Experience with hand tools, power tools, table/miter saws, etc.

· Experience operating skid steers and forklifts

Qualifications:

· Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, but not required)

· Ability to read and write.

· Able to lift 50-75 pounds
