We are seeking a reliable, clinical professional to join our outpatient family medicine team as an LPN or a highly experienced Medical Assistant. In this role, you will provide critical clinical support to our healthcare providers, ensuring efficient patient flow and exceptional care delivery for families in our community.
This position features a stable day shift schedule with no night or weekend rotations, offering an excellent work-life balance in a collaborative clinic environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Direct Patient Care: Efficiently room patients, take accurate vital signs, record medical histories, and prepare exam rooms for clinical visits.
- Clinical Procedures: Perform routine clinical tasks including administering injections, conducting EKGs, and assisting with minor in-office procedures.
- Lab Coordination: Manage patient lab tracking, call back laboratory reports to patients, and communicate provider directives clearly.
- EHR Management: Maintain precise, timely digital health charting utilizing our eClinical electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Patient Advocacy: Serve as a compassionate and professional point of contact for patients navigating their treatment plans.
Qualifications
- For LPN Candidates: Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the Commonwealth of Kentucky (completed license required upon starting work).
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience operating EMR systems (eClinical experience is a major plus) and standard clinical equipment (EKG machines).
- Skills: Strong communication, time-management, and multitasking abilities within a fast-paced clinic setting.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
