About the RoleBaker Aviation is seeking a detail‑driven Fleet Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our vehicle fleet. This role ensures our operations stay compliant, efficient, and well‑coordinated across multiple states. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing regulatory processes. A Notary certification is preferred, and DMV experience is required.
- Manage and maintain the complete fleet schedule, including insurance coverage timelines and renewal cycles.
- Oversee fleet maintenance scheduling, ensuring all vehicles remain safe, compliant, and operational.
- Coordinate state inspections across multiple jurisdictions.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date roster of approved drivers for insurance purposes.
- Handle vehicle registration renewals across multiple states, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Travel as needed (up to 10%) to manage out‑of‑state titles, registrations, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth fleet operations.
- DMV experience with a strong understanding of title, registration, and compliance processes.
- Proven experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or a related operational role.
- Strong organizational and record‑keeping skills.
- Ability to manage multi‑state regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools and documentation systems.
- Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain).

Pay and Benefits
- Salary: $75,000
