Charters Operations & Sales Assistant
The sales assistant will support and report to Baker Aviations Senior High-Volume sales
associate. Managing the cycle of a booking from the time of contract execution and through the
completion of the flight.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Accurately Inputting all pertinent passenger data. Must have attention to detail and be
able to spot a single digit error in passport numbers
- Ensuring fuel orders are secured and provided to crew members as needed
- Notifying FBO’s of arrival and needs
- Flight following: Monitoring active flights, coordinating with brokers and FBOs, and
providing real-time updates to clients regarding tail numbers and crew
- Verify usability departure/arrival airports
- Sending trip sheets
- Coordinate with broker for all details of the trip
- Input pax info into Jet Insight
- Input catering info into Jet Insight
- Setup Fuel Release for all leg of the trip
- Secure PPR’s as needed
- Coordinate with FBO as needed to assist crew
- Alert crew of newly booked trips or schedule changes
- Check schedule fitment and crew duty limitations around your trip
- Add pilot notes to trip sheet for all of the above
We are looking for someone who has a “now-not-later” mentality, who is eager to get the job
done accurately and efficiently in order to support business growth.
Proficiency in JetInsight is helpful, but not required.
Pay and Benefits
- Salary: 60-70k a year
- Health Coverage - Baker Aviation pays the entire premium for our healthcare plan. This is a
$3,000 per month value for a family plan.
401K - Baker Aviation contributes 3% to your 401K. This is a free contribution from the
company, you do not have to contribute any of your pay unless you want to.
ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Program) - Stacks on top of 401K. No cost to you, 6 year vesting
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
