Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical point of contact for internal teams and external customers regarding food products and processes
- Support troubleshooting of production, quality, and food safety issues
- Analyze process deviations, product defects, and customer complaints to identify root causes
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with QA, production, and maintenance teams
- Provide technical support related to formulations, processing parameters, and equipment performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (FDA, USDA, HACCP, SQF, BRC, or FSSC 22000)
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field
- Experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, or technical services
- Strong knowledge of food safety systems and regulatory requirements
- Ability to interpret specifications, SOPs, and process data
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly
