- Assist the plant leadership team with administrative duties and maintain strict adherence to confidentiality.
- Support operations with inventory counts, audits, and reconciliations.
- Interface directly with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system daily for inventory transactions and invoice accuracy with the goal to become a subject matter expert (SME) for our ERP.
- Identify and resolve accounts payable/receivable exceptions.
- Be the on-site point of contact for employees seeking assistance with HR related issues, assist with basic benefit questions, coordination of new hire orientation tasks, drug testing program administration, and other tasks as needed.
- Provide records management and storage according to company standards including the management of records stored off-site.
- Manage ordering and storage of office supplies.
- Coordinate plant functions.
- Other miscellaneous office administration duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams & Outlook.
- Must be flexible with working hours.
- Associate degree or higher in Business or related field.
- Teams and Excel (pivot tables, data analysis/manipulation).
- Experience working in a Manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with systems such as Infor ERP, FileNet, Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working with Accounts Payable.
- Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) shipping regulations.
