Responsibilities
- Work cleanly, efficiently, and with strong attention to detail.
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods according to daily production needs.
- Ensure products meet quality and presentation standards.
- Organize baked items efficiently for display, packaging, and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing, and assembling baked goods.
- Follow proper food handling procedures, including safe storage, rotation, and disposal of perishable items.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and maintain smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications
- Pastry or baking experience preferred; familiarity with food preparation and food handling is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to work efficiently.
