Baked Bouquet is the world’s first and only bakery specializing in cupcake bouquets—handcrafted floral arrangements made entirely from cupcakes. Established in 2014, we serve corporate clients, weddings, events, and premium gifting customers throughout New Jersey and beyond.
We are expanding our corporate gifting and events sales team and are seeking motivated, relationship-driven sales representatives who want flexibility, uncapped earning potential, and a truly unique product to sell.
Role Overview
This is a commission-only, independent contractor (1099) sales role focused on building relationships and closing corporate gifting, event, and bulk orders.
You’ll work independently to identify opportunities, close sales, and follow through on client relationships while representing a premium, conversation-starting product that practically sells itself.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and close corporate gifting, event, wedding, and bulk orders
- Build relationships with HR teams, executive assistants, event planners, venues, and businesses
- Track leads and closed deals in the company CRM
- Communicate order details and special client requests (custom cards, vases, branding)
- Coordinate logistics between the sales, décor, and delivery teams
- Attend select deliveries or events to ensure orders are executed as sold and clients are satisfied
- Maintain strong post-sale relationships to drive repeat business
Seasonal Support Requirement (Important)
Baked Bouquet experiences peak volume during Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
As a condition of maintaining active status as a Sales Representative, candidates must be available and eligible to assist during these periods as temporary W-2 Holiday & Event Support Associates.
This may include in-store customer assistance, bouquet handling, packaging, or delivery routing.
Holiday support is paid hourly as a W-2 role and is separate from commission earnings.
Compensation Structure
Commission-Only (1099):
- 12% – Corporate gifting orders
- 10% – Event & wedding bulk orders
- 8% – Repeat client orders (within 6 months)
- 3% bonus when monthly sales exceed $10,000
Top performers consistently earn $800–$2,500 per month, with higher potential during holiday and corporate gifting seasons.
