About Bake We're a dessert and beverage shop in Tempe, creating craveable moments — from Signature Strawberry Dubai Cups and Sundae Bowls to espresso drinks, matcha, and twisted sodas. We're building a team that's passionate about quality, guest experience, and good vibes.
What You'll Do
As a Crew Member, you'll work across both front-of-house service and back-of-house production — keeping things delicious, clean, and running smoothly.
Dessert & Product Assembly
- Assemble and finish signature desserts (Dubai Cups, Sundae Bowls, and seasonal items) to brand standards
- Portion ingredients accurately and follow build guides/recipes
- Keep prep stations organized; label and rotate product using FIFO
- Package orders neatly for dine-in, takeout, and delivery
Beverages
- Prepare espresso drinks, matcha beverages, and twisted sodas to recipe specs
- Maintain beverage station cleanliness and quality throughout your shift
Guest Experience & POS
- Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and make recommendations
- Take orders accurately using the POS system and handle payments
- Handle guest concerns professionally and loop in a lead when needed
- Keep up the pace during busy hours through solid teamwork and communication
Daily Operations
- Complete opening/closing duties and assigned side work (cleaning, restocking, dishes)
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and allergen procedures
- Represent the brand professionally and maintain a respectful workplace

- A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Food/beverage experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
- Availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
