What You'll be Doing:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
- Coordinate and track employee safety training programs and company safety initiatives
- Support employee onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR and compliance documentation remains accurate and up to date
- Assist with benefits administration, enrollments, employee changes, and billing verification
- Track and report safety, OSHA, and environmental compliance information
- Review and update company policies, safety procedures, and training materials
- Support employee relations, engagement initiatives, and ongoing HR programs
- Partner with leadership to promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and employee development
Who We're Looking For:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Safety, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in recruiting, human resources, safety administration, or a related role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive problem solver
- Someone who enjoys building relationships and creating positive employee experiences
