In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping connect them with specialists for home improvement and renovation projects. If you're a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a mix of customer service, scheduling, and lead generation, this could be a great fit.
What You'll be Doing:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inbound inquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for sales and project specialists
- Build rapport with homeowners and create positive first impressions
- Respond to customer questions via phone, email, text, and in-person interactions
- Track leads, appointments, and customer communications in company systems
- Help maintain an organized office and welcoming showroom environment
- Participate in occasional community events and promotions to generate appointments
- Support administrative and office tasks as needed
Who We're Looking For:
- Previous customer service, call center, scheduling, appointment setting, or sales experience preferred
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone presence
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systems
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results
- Someone who enjoys connecting with people and building trust through conversation
