We’re partnering with a major mechanical construction organization to hire a Construction Project Executive for a high-profile, multi-year project in Fargo. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives on ownership - not just managing projects, but driving outcomes, building teams, and shaping the future of a major jobsite.
What You'll be Doing:
- Lead and develop the onsite construction team, driving safety, quality, and performance
- Own the full project lifecycle - schedule, execution, and delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Oversee financial performance including GMP tracking, forecasting, billing, and cash flow
- Coordinate across internal teams: estimating, preconstruction, BIM/VDC, fabrication, procurement, accounting, safety, and quality
- Manage site logistics, material flow, and subcontractor execution
- Ensure quality control and commissioning readiness for long-term project success
- Monitor productivity and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Support and review change orders in collaboration with PMs and estimating teams
- Serve as the executive leader onsite, with a path to long-term site leadership
Who We're Looking For:
- Proven leader with experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects
- Strong financial acumen with experience in GMP, forecasting, earned value, and cash flow management
- Proficiency with advanced scheduling tools (Primavera P6, Last Planner System, EVM)
- Ability to lead across multiple teams, departments, and subcontractors
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing experience
- A results-driven professional who prioritizes safety and accountability
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

Salary : $175,000 - $185,000
