What You'll be Doing:

Leading and supporting a concrete flatwork crew on residential and commercial projects

Reviewing blueprints, job specifications, and local flatwork codes

Monitoring quality, jobsite safety, and proper care of tools, equipment, and vehicles

Coordinating project details, ensuring crews have accurate and timely information

Communicating professionally with engineers, architects, homeowners, and internal teams
-
Overseeing timecards and job-related paperwork for accuracy and completion
-
Helping enforce company standards, policies, and expectations
-
Troubleshooting issues, solving problems quickly, and keeping projects on track

Promoting a positive, respectful, and team-driven jobsite environment
Who We're Looking For:

5 years of concrete flatwork experience (supervisory experience strongly preferred)

Ability to read and interpret commercial and residential blueprints

Strong leadership skills - able to motivate, coach, and set expectations professionally

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities

Confident working with customers and project partners in a courteous, solutions-focused manner

Able to travel as needed

Must meet standard employment requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Eligible for (or already have) a DOT medical card
- Required basic tools (hammer, tape, nail apron, boots, etc.)
