We’re partnering with a respected nonprofit human services organization in Fargo to hire a full-time Senior Financial Accountant. What You'll be Doing:

Oversee general ledger activity, reconciliations, and monthly close processes

Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with GAAP standards

Manage fund accounting and grant tracking

Identify process improvements and implement efficiencies within financial operations

Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights that support decision-making
Who We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3 - 5 years of accounting experience (nonprofit or healthcare experience a plus)

Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and fund accounting

Experience with grants and compliance preferred

Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills

High integrity, strong analytical ability, and attention to detail

$70,000 - $80,000 salary (DOE)
