Hardscape Crew Leader
We’re looking for a skilled Hardscape Technician to join our team! This role requires experience in construction, low-voltage lighting, and basic irrigation while working with minimal supervision. As a Crew Leader, you’ll help guide and oversee a team in the installation of paver patios, retaining walls, and low-voltage lighting to create stunning outdoor spaces.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience in patio and retaining wall installation.
- Ability to read and write effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and must be insurable under company policies.
- Solid understanding of horticultural practices, including planting, pruning, corrective pruning, low-voltage lighting, irrigation repair, and hardscaping.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- ICPI and NCMA certifications are a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
