What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines clients.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide prompt, accurate, friendly service.
- Process policy changes, review coverage needs, and assist with comparison rating.
- Support producers by helping manage accounts and providing exceptional follow-through.
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in our management system.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and write additional lines of business when appropriate.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and insurance carrier partners.
- Assist with challenging or high-demand customer needs with a positive, solution-focused approach.
- Stay up to date on insurance knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.
What You Bring
- Insurance customer service experience preferred.
- TN Property & Casualty License required (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
- Excellent communication skills — you listen well, speak clearly, and connect easily with others.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- A coachable mindset, willingness to learn, and a team-first attitude. College degree preferred.
- Problem-solving abilities — you stay calm under pressure and focus on solutions.
- Comfort with technology and agency management systems.
- Resourcefulness and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
