Our Account Managers are responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and providing outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in a professional office environment, detail oriented, with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Establish and build customer relationships
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage and changes
- Maintain detailed records of customer conversations and policy changes
- Stay informed on carrier products and industry standards
- Prepare and maintain accurate summaries of insurance, schedules, and proposals
- Serve as a liaison between clients and carriers to resolve service issues and policy interpretation
- Collaborate with Producers in policy review and delivery
- Contact clients regarding outstanding receivables; invoices clients; reviews and accurately maintains accounting history
- Minimum 1 year experience in a professional customer service role, insurance experience a plus.
- Excellent customer service, analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office
- EPIC agency management system knowledge a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Must be able to work on-site in Pigeon Forge, TN M-F 8:30-5 or 8-4:30
