Job Description:

Our Account Managers are responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and providing outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in a professional office environment, detail oriented, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and build customer relationships
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage and changes
• Maintain detailed records of customer conversations and policy changes
• Stay informed on carrier products and industry standards
• Prepare and maintain accurate summaries of insurance, schedules, and proposals
• Serve as a liaison between clients and carriers to resolve service issues and policy interpretation
• Collaborate with Producers in policy review and delivery
• Contact clients regarding outstanding receivables; invoices clients; reviews and accurately maintains accounting history
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a professional customer service role, insurance experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service, analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office
• EPIC agency management system knowledge a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Strong computer and technology skills
• Must be able to work on-site in Pigeon Forge, TN M-F 8:30-5 or 8-4:30
